KIM ROMAN IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Well Hello Everyone!

Welcome to Square Foot Gardening 4 U! My goal is to get you up and running with the small-space edible gardening method that suits you and your situation best, so that you can "Confidently Grow Your Own Food!"

I'll periodically add fresh, new gardening classes and even some longer courses, so come back often. If there's a particular topic you'd like to see covered, email me with your ideas and yours might be the next class featured. The best way to keep current on our new class offerings and blog posts is by signing up for our email. Don't worry, I'm never going to bombard you with ton of emails-that's my pet peeve too.

About SFG4U

So, who/what exactly is Square Foot Gardening 4 U? Despite the name, Square Foot Gardening 4 U is a place to go where you can learn about several different small-space, high-intensive vegetable gardening methods that involve no digging (well a method or two might require a little digging), no tilling, (almost) no weeding . . . no kidding.

The goal is to get beginning gardeners up and running quickly and easily, while challenging intermediate and experienced veggie gardeners to push the limit to get the maximum harvest using the least space possible. The focus is definitely on edible gardening, but many of these classes are suitable for those growing flowers.

Enjoy!

About Kim Roman

Since starting my business in 2010, I've been blessed to have a many-faceted "career" in vegetable gardening, writing and speaking. I've taught classes, and lunch & learn events at homes, churches, schools, community colleges, and other venues.

My favorite, though, has been my volunteer work with organizations that help the homeless, at-risk youth, wounded veterans and those living in food deserts. I love helping people become more self-sufficient through gardening. The ultimate was when I went to Kenya in 2018 on a mission trip with my church and was asked to teach a class on edible gardening and composting.

At least 20% of my profits goes to charity, so your purchases help others.
